There comes a point when you know you are being called into more.
More expression. More impact. More service. More income. More of the life and work you know you are capable of creating.
Not because what you have created isn't enough, but because you know that you are here to allow the Divine to express Itself more fully THROUGH you.
You have a vision. An idea. A burning desire.
Something that may be far bigger than anything you have created before—and that you can no longer ignore.
You may not know exactly HOW it will happen, but you know you want it.
And you are ready to make a decision that you are going for it.
This is the woman I am inviting into the Quantum Leap Mastermind.
What Is a Quantum Leap?
Most of us have been conditioned to think incrementally. We look at where we are, consider what seems reasonable from here, and set our expectations accordingly.
A little more income. A little more success. A little more freedom. A little more impact.
But a Quantum Leap does not follow that trajectory.
Price Pritchett, author of You² and creator of the Quantum Leap Strategy, describes a Quantum Leap as an explosive jump in performance that takes us dramatically beyond what ordinary incremental improvement would produce.
It isn't about simply working harder. In fact, dramatically different results often require us to stop trying harder at what we have already been doing—and take a different approach.
And there is another dimension to a Quantum Leap that is essential to the way I understand and teach it:
It takes the Divine into account.
We are not limited to our own intellect, our own resources, or what we can presently see. We are expressions of the infinite, limitless Power that created and maintains this entire Universe.
When we set a goal based only on what we can figure out how to accomplish, we leave that Infinite Power out of the equation.
A Quantum Leap makes room for something far greater—for ideas we could not have manufactured, opportunities we could not have orchestrated, connections we could not have planned, and paths that could not have been visible from where we began.
A Quantum Leap asks us to choose the result before we know the path. To stop allowing past results to determine future expectations. To think from the vision rather than the circumstances.
To act on ideas. To trust intuition. To move when something within us says GO, even when the entire path has not yet revealed itself.
And to become willing to discover just how much more may be possible than we have previously allowed ourselves to imagine.
The Power of the Master Mind
Napoleon Hill, author of the classic Think and Grow Rich, described the Master Mind as the coordination of knowledge and effort between two or more people working toward a definite purpose in a spirit of harmony.
My mentor, Bob Proctor, taught the Master Mind principle throughout his work because he understood something profound:
When minds come together in harmony around a definite purpose, something becomes available that is far greater than the sum of the individual minds involved.
This is what I am creating.
I am bringing together an intimate circle of nine women—nine women with meaningful visions, committed to expansion, bringing their experience, imagination, intuition, wisdom, connections, resources and faith to the table.
And with me facilitating and contributing my own mind to the circle, we will have ten minds working together in harmony toward the realization of our individual and collective desires.
Each woman will enter the Mastermind with a Quantum Leap Goal—a result that represents genuine expansion beyond what she has previously created or what her present circumstances might suggest is reasonable.
And then we will put the power of the Master Mind behind it.
Imagine having nine other minds engaged with your vision. Women who refuse to measure your possibility by your past. Women who can see things you cannot see. Women who may have the idea, perspective, resource, introduction or question that changes everything.
Women who celebrate your wins. Women who remind you of your decision when you find yourself retreating toward the familiar. And women who expect you to act like the woman capable of bringing your vision into form.
This is the room I am inviting you into.
Who I Am Inviting
I am being very intentional about the women I invite into this Mastermind.
Some will be women I have had the privilege of coaching and working with closely. Others may be women I have never coached at all, but whose character, vision and commitment to growth I deeply respect.
What matters is not whether you have worked with me before. What matters is who you are bringing into the room.
I am looking for women who have done meaningful work on themselves, have worked through struggles and obstacles—and who remain steadfastly committed to their own growth.
Women who are self-aware and self-responsible.
Women with a burning desire for expansion, fuller expression, greater service, greater impact and greater prosperity.
Women with meaningful visions and goals—or who know there is a vision within them pressing for expression.
Women willing to think beyond what their present circumstances tell them is possible. Women willing to make bold decisions. Women willing to act. Women open to ideas that may challenge their current thinking.
And women who genuinely desire to see the other women in this circle succeed.
Because membership in a true Master Mind isn't simply about asking: What can I receive from this room?
It is also asking: What can I bring to it?
Your experience. Your perspective. Your ideas. Your intuition. Your connections. Your encouragement. Your imagination. Your belief in what is possible for another woman.
Every woman in this circle is being invited deliberately.
Not only because I believe she is capable of creating her own Quantum Leap, but because I believe her presence can contribute to the exponential success of the other women in the room.
One Year. One Quantum Leap.
The Quantum Leap Mastermind will be a 12-month commitment.
I want us to have enough time not merely to get inspired by our visions, but to bring them into form.
At the beginning of our year together, each woman will identify one primary Quantum Leap Goal. The goal may evolve or become clearer as we move forward.
The HOW will almost certainly change, but we will continually return to the result we have decided to create.
Over the course of the year, we will watch what happens when that result is given sustained attention, imagination, decision, action—and the combined power of the Master Mind.
Our Monthly Mastermind
We will meet once each month for an extended Mastermind session.
These will not be traditional classes, and they will not be group coaching calls. They will be working Master Mind sessions designed to create clarity, expansion, movement and results.
Every month, all nine women will have an opportunity to share where they are relative to their Quantum Leap:
What's moving? What's working? What appeared that you didn't expect? What did you do that stretched you? Where are you hesitating? What is the next move?
And each month, three women will receive a dedicated Mastermind Seat—focused time in which we put the collective intelligence of the entire room behind her goal, challenge, decision or opportunity.
We will ask questions. Challenge assumptions. Generate ideas. Make connections. Share resources. Offer perspectives. And help one another see possibilities that may be difficult—or impossible—to see alone.
With nine women and three Mastermind Seats each month, every woman will receive one dedicated seat each quarter—four deep-dive Mastermind Seats over the course of the year.
Each quarter therefore becomes another opportunity to look at your Quantum Leap from a new vantage point:
Where were you? Where are you now? What have you learned? What needs to change? And what is the leap from HERE?
I will facilitate these conversations and also bring principles and practices from Thinking Into Results, You² and The Quantum Leap Strategy, along with the body of transformational and spiritual work that informs everything I teach.
Before we leave each meeting, we will identify the moves we are committed to making next.
Not endless to-do lists.
The decision. The conversation. The ask. The action. The leap.
Between Our Meetings
The Master Mind will not disappear when the Zoom window closes.
We will have a private space where we can stay connected throughout the month. A place to share wins and breakthroughs. To ask for an idea, perspective, resource, introduction or connection. To share opportunities and synchronicities. To celebrate another woman's movement.
To say, “I made the move.”
And sometimes to say, “I'm standing at an edge and I can feel myself wanting to retreat.”
This is not intended to become another online community demanding your attention. It exists for one purpose: To keep the power of the Master Mind strong between our meetings.
An Important Distinction: Mastermind vs. Coaching
I want to be very clear about one aspect of this invitation, particularly because some of the women I am inviting are current or former coaching clients—and others have never worked with me at all.
The Quantum Leap Mastermind is not a replacement for ongoing mentorship and coaching.
They serve two very different purposes.
My ongoing mentorship is where we do the deeper transformational work. It is where we work directly with paradigms, beliefs, self-image and habits.
It is where we use repetition, autosuggestion, understanding of the subconscious mind, Universal Law and the higher faculties to create lasting internal change. It is where you receive regular teaching, coaching and support as you change the person creating your results.
The Mastermind serves a different function.
It is an environment for expansion, acceleration and collective intelligence.
It is not primarily a place for me to coach nine women. The power of this experience comes from the Master Mind itself.
Put simply:
Coaching helps you transform the person creating the results.
The Mastermind helps you leverage the woman you are becoming to create something bigger.
For some women, I believe the most powerful choice will be both.
The weekly rhythm and deeper transformational work of ongoing mentorship, combined with the expansion, accountability and collective intelligence of the Quantum Leap Mastermind, can create an extraordinarily powerful environment for change.
Others may choose to participate in the Mastermind without ongoing coaching.
If you do and you encounter a paradigm, self-image issue or internal block that would benefit from deeper individual work, you will have the option to book a private coaching session with me separately.
But ongoing individual coaching is intentionally not included in the Mastermind.
I want to protect that distinction because I want the Mastermind to remain what it is meant to be: A meeting of powerful minds in service of extraordinary results.
The Founding Circle
This will be the very first Quantum Leap Mastermind.
My intention is eventually to open this experience to a wider audience as a highly selective, premium Mastermind for women committed to extraordinary levels of growth, prosperity, impact and contribution.
But I don't want to begin by opening the doors widely. I want to begin by assembling the room intentionally.
Nine women I believe are ready for this experience. Nine women I believe will bring something valuable to one another. Nine women willing to help establish the culture, energy and standard of what this Mastermind can become.
Because this is the Founding Circle, the investment for this first group will be substantially different from the investment at which I expect future iterations of the Quantum Leap Mastermind to be offered.
But in return, I am asking for something far more important than your financial investment: Your commitment.
To your vision. To your goal. To your growth. To your word. To the women in this room. And to showing up for the full year as the woman capable of creating the result you say you desire.
Your presence matters here.
When you join a Master Mind, you aren't simply committing to receive from the other women. You are also committing to bring your own wisdom, experience, perspective and belief to theirs.
Your presence is an integral part of the power of the room.
Imagine Where You Could Be One Year From Now
I don't simply want us to finish this year and say: “That was a wonderful Mastermind.”
I want us to look around the room in amazement at what has actually happened.
The businesses expanded. The income increased. The books written. The projects launched. The ideas brought to life. The audiences grown. The opportunities seized. The people served.
The collaborations born inside this very circle. The unexpected doors that opened. The decisions that changed trajectories. And the results that none of us could have predicted from where we were standing when we began.
I want us to be able to look at one another and say: Look what we did.
Not necessarily in the way we thought we would. Not necessarily by the route we imagined.
But we made the decision. We stayed faithful to the vision. We supported one another. We acted on the ideas. We moved beyond the familiar.
And what once looked like an enormous leap has become our new normal.
Your Invitation
I thought of you for this Mastermind for a reason.
There is something I see in you—your vision, your potential, your desire for more, the work you have already done, or perhaps simply a sense that you are ready for a greater expression of who you are and what you are here to create.
I believe your presence would expand what becomes possible in this room—not only for you, but for the other women in it.
I am not looking for nine women simply to fill nine spaces. I am intentionally bringing together nine women whose visions, minds, experience and energy can amplify one another.
So as you consider this invitation, I want you to ask yourself:
What do I really want now?
Not what seems reasonable. Not what my past results suggest I can have. Not what I already know how to accomplish.
What is the vision that is calling me to rise?
What would I choose if I truly believed that the HOW does not have to be known before the decision is made?
And am I willing—not only to desire that result—but to make the decision, show up for it, and move when I am shown the next step?

You don't need to know exactly how your Quantum Leap will happen.
That's the point.
